 ORDER PROCESS
  • HOW DO I ORDER?

There are 2 ways you can order:

  • Order online by adding items to your cart and going through the checkout process
  • Send us your order via email emily@sprucefloraldesigns.com with the following information:

    • Date of Delivery:
    • Recipient Name:
    • Recipient Shipping address:

  • HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY ITEMS?

We will keep your items on reserve for 24hrs after you make your order. Please send us a copy of your deposit slip once you’ve made your payment so we can immediately process your order. If you need an extension to make a payment, send us an email at emily@sprucefloraldesigns.com to let us know.

 

DELIVERY/PICK UP

  • DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes, we deliver daily to select areas of Metro Manila Mondays to Fridays.  Orders are processed for delivery only upon receipt of proof of payment via email. 

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Your order will be delivered on the date that chose from our delivery calendar.

  • DO YOU DELIVER ON THE SAME DAY?

For same day delivery, kindly call our office 85192937 to confirm availability.

  • WHICH AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO AND WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

      PHP 250 Makati & Taguig

      PHP 450 Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Paranaque

      PHP 450 QC (District District 3 – Corinthian Gardens, Cubao, La Vista, etc)

      PHP 650 Las Pinas & Muntinlupa

  • WHAT TIME DO YOU DELIVER?

We will aim to deliver you order between 9am – 5pm but unfortunately cannot guarantee a specific delivery time slot.

  • WHAT IF MY LOCATION IS NOT COVERED BY YOUR DELIVERY AREA?

Given that we are only able to to delivery to select areas at the moment.  You have the option to book your own 3rd party delivery service (car or van only).

Our warehouse is located in AFPOVAI, Taguig city. We are open for Pick Up Mondays – Fridays 10am – 4pm.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS NO ONE TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS DURING THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

We trust that you will make arrangements to ensure that someone at the houeshold of the recipient will be able to receive the items.  If there is a specific time that you need the items delivered, kindly contact us emily@sprucefloraldesigns at and we will try our best to accommodate your request.  If delivery is unsuccessful, the items will be returned to our workshop for pick up or they can be re-delivered (subject to a new delivery fee).

 

PAYMENT

  • WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept bank deposit via BPI and paypal. We are working on additional payment options.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT COD?

We do not accept COD at this time.  We require full payment before we process orders for delivery.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND /EXCHANGE POLICY?

We strive to provide our customers with the quality products. Should there be any damage or a problem with a product purchased, we will be happy to provide a replacement or refund on the same day item is received.

CANCELLATION

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET A REFUND FOR PAYMENT MADE?

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we may not be able to cancel your order once paid for and processed.  We do try our best to accommodate all our clients.  Should there be a reason to cancel and refund, kindly email us at emily@sprucefloraldesigns.com

 

HEALTH, SAFETY, AND SANITATION

  • HOW ARE YOU ABLE TO CONTINUE OPERATIONS THROUGH COVID-19?

Our staff are in-house or live within walking distance of our workshop. We implement extra precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our team. All of our safety, sanitation and prevention procedures are in place and are being heightened as the situation evolves.
